- Standard check-in is 3:00 PM
- Standard check-out is 12:00 PM
- 24h hours’ notice is required on all services cancellations including, transportation, spa services, experiences & other activities.
- If canceled or postponed outside this time frame, the guest will be subject to 50% from the total value as a Cancellation fee.
- There are no reimbursements for pre-booked and prepaid massages. Our spa therapists turn down other work and travel far to get to us, so we appreciate your understanding of the situation.
Usually, although it depends upon your carrier, it is best to check directly with your provider prior to arrival.
We accept credit cards and suggest having cash for tipping our hard working staff.
