Designed for lively activations and exciting get-togethers with all-surrounding access to areas built for entertaining. Versatile decor and easy to move furnishings (such as tables, chairs, and umbrellas) allow for rearrangements, additions, or removals to be made in order to suit various types of hosted celebrations, festivities, and retreats. The wet bar area is a guest favourite as the surrounding space can be easily transformed into a dance floor and/or dining area. Although the home stands as a self-sufficient hub for living and entertaining –with its endless amenities available–, being located at MUSA means having open access to all events and live activations with the community that call the grounds ‘home’. The events and activations that take place are typically within the realm of wellness sessions, special cuisine pop-ups and even beach BBQs. Taking a glance at the home itself, lies other unique features that are woven within its thoughtfully executed exterior design. The Mexican palapa roof that shades a grand majority of the outdoor living room is a traditionally typical touch to any beach home within the region.
