Revel in a weekend dedicated to welcoming our premiere chef in residence, Gloria Kabe. In an immersive weekend of food and knowledge, we invite you to stay at MUSA October 13 – 15 to experience Gloria’s magic as she continues to update the outlook of plant-based cuisine; now with a twist of local Mexican ingredients and regional flair. The weekend includes a full program that allows guests to experience the land we reside on, alongside talks and guided tours by our agroecology partner, Fenix Farms. You’ll tour our developing gardens, learn more about edible herbs and plants, and how to develop practical guides for sustainable and regenerative food systems. Wind down and keep the mind and body moving with music throughout the weekend by Black Daria and gentle beachside yoga and sound bath sessions.
Weekend Program
- Friday: Get to know Gloria and her ethos over a MUSA signature sunset beach dinner experience and welcome reception.
- Saturday: Take a sunset tour of the MUSA farm and discuss edible plant profiles with Gloria and Lily Foster of Fenix Farms.
- Sunday: Be revitalised with a plant-based brunch by Gloria and discussion around more sustainable and regenerative food systems with Fenix Farms, and music by the pool by Black Daria.
Our Hosts and Partners
Gloria Kabe – Paris-based independent chef specialising in afro-vegan cuisine, Gloria Kabe travels the world acquiring tastes and techniques for her globally and culturally inspired dining experiences.
Fenix Farms – Our partner in designing and building out the organic farms onsite. Based in Mexico City, their core principles lie in growing food sustainably, reducing ecological footprints, and working in harmony with the land’s existing species.

November 3 – 5: Culture and Music
The fiery immersion of African and Brazilian flavours in one night hosted by Gloria and matched with the selection of live worldly beats by special guests.
