Ground broke in January 2020, under circumstances that would have paused most projects. Instead, it became proof that development can be a force for good, and that values-led growth is achievable at scale.
250 acres,
one
coastline
MUSA sits on Guerrero's Costa Grande, at the base of Mexico's vastest mountain range. Raw Pacific shoreline, a saltwater lagoon and a mile of untouched beach, held between the Sierra Madre and the sea.
Nothing here was flattened to make room for it. The architecture was drawn around what already existed: the palms, the lagoon, the reef. So the land keeps doing what it always did, just alongside a few new neighbors.
Hospitality here isn't a service,

You don't just check in at MUSA; you land, settle, root. The architecture listens to the land, and the land gives back in whispers. This isn't a resort, it's a rhythm, a retreat into meaning, where home is treated as a feeling rather than a place.

Built in intentional phases, each chapter weaves nature, design and community together, laying the foundation for a new way of living, rooted in regeneration and belonging.

The first neighborhood, anchored by the Hotel: intentional living with hospitality-powered infrastructure that activates connection, comfort and regenerative returns.
Constela
A creative community for makers and cocreators, the next chapter of MUSA's culture of art, design and shared craft.

A family-centered neighborhood, completing MUSA's evolution from destination into a living, integrated town.
