Once you book your stay with us, chat with us via whatsapp or sending an email to: xxxx We can arrange ZIHUA-MUSA ground transportation for you, through a reliable and comfortable service.

For groups, we will do our best to match you up with anyone else arriving/departing at the same time to share the ride and cost. If you have not paid in advance, you will need to pay for the service upon arrival at reception.

It takes about 80 minutes to get you, from the airport to your home here at “MUSA”

You will find the driver as you exit and he will be holding a sign that will say the name of your group. If you have any problems locating your driver you can also send us a message. 

  • Standard check-in is 3:00 PM 
  • Standard check-out is 12:00 PM

 

We do our best to have your room ready for you when you arrive and you are always welcome to relax on the beach or in the restaurant area for as long as you need to.

We serve lots of fresh fruits and veggies, fresh local fish, and chicken. Our meal plan is based on the philosophy of “from the earth to your plate”, so we avoid preservatives and processed foods. Meals are low calorie (but not too low), high in fiber, full of valuable nutrients, and lots of quality ingredients.

24h hours’ notice is required on all services cancellations including, transportation, spa services, experiences & other activities.

If canceled or postponed outside this time frame, the guest will be subject to 50% from the total value as a Cancellation fee.

There are no reimbursements for pre-booked and prepaid massages.

Our spa therapists turn down other work and travel far to get to us, so we appreciate your understanding of the situation.

Yes, please feel free to bring your partner, there will be an extra fee to stay with us and extra meals and services will be added to each of their bills.

Yes, we have several networks open at the hotel.

Usually, although it depends upon your carrier, it is best to check directly with your provider prior to arrival. The connection is not always the best from the beach, but you should be able to find a connection somewhere on the property.

We take cards and also we suggest having cash only for tipping our hard working staff.

Also, there are ATMs at Zihuatanejo Airport. Should you need additional cash once you arrive, this is the best location to withdraw.

No. We take you to all of the tours and sites in the area via hired transportation OR Taxi service available right at the lobby.

Please remember, there’s no UBER in the area.**

Yes. If you do not have a valid passport please speak with your airline carrier in advance or contact the Embassy for additional info.

Yes, please let us know you’re coming with your furry friend to our Whatsapp after you book your stay and we will give you the instructions to follow

We do provide yoga mats, but you are welcome to bring your own as well.

Each guest, even if sharing a room, will have their own individual tabs and any extra charges will be placed on your room to the guest and can be paid for at check out, with a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Cash.

We are happy you have your favourite snacks with you at all times! You will find a mini fridge and your own mini bar in most rooms at MUSA. We do not allow outside alcohol or food at our restaurant or beach club area only, If you have a special occasion and have a bottle please ask at the restaurant and there will be a corkage fee. We ask you not to leave food in your room that is not sealed, as it can attract the local wildlife.

There is a reliable English-speaking doctor who can make house calls for an extra charge if anyone should require medical assistance.

Yes, every room has a computer size safe in their room which is recommended to use for valuables. We are not responsible for valuables.

We do have housekeeping service every day to keep your room fresh and beautiful.

Yes, we provide you with beach towels, however, we encourage you to hold on to your towels as long as possible for environmental purposes.

Yes, We provide bottled water every day, you must not drink the tap water in Mexico.

Yes, there’s a mini fridge in all rooms with a small mini bar.

Yes, we provide a bespoke selection of amenities made by “For all Folks”, a Mexican company dedicated to using the finest ingredients for skin care.

Yes,  we provide laundry services on site, you will find a laundry bag inside your closet.

All outlets are standard US wattage. For all other countries, yes, you will need a converter.
