Recalibrate the mind and body with a 360 approach to farm to table dining, paired with mindful movement throughout a weekend of connecting with ourselves and each other with pragmatic programming designed to guide us with purpose toward intentional wellness and personal growth. We invite you to learn with Gloria as she prepares nutritious meals and an immersive Chef’s Table experience, before engaging in a hands-on session around healthy food preparation and macronutrients. Wake up with the sun, feel the sand at your feet, and submerge in the ocean’s salted embrace with a group run, and dive deeper into the concept of self-care in the modern landscape with guided meditations, skin care, sound baths, and intention setting under the power and beauty of the MUSA sunset. Complimented by music throughout the weekend with music by Jare Ola (Mexico City).

Our Hosts and Partners
Gloria Kabe – Paris-based independent chef specialising in afro-vegan cuisine, Gloria Kabe travels the world acquiring tastes and techniques for her globally and culturally inspired dining experiences.
Annya Santana – Based between NYC and Paris, Annya is a wellness entrepreneur, athlete, and innovator in the personal wellness space, making waves with her initiatives Hood Health and Menos Mas, and has been featured in The Cut and New York Times.
Jare Ola (Mexico City) – Community connector, shaker, and music maker with fingers on the pulse of Mexico City, Jare brings people and cultures together through community-based initiatives that explore connection with people and the vibrant local landscape, and brings city beats to the beach with high vibes and a grounded energy.
